Plat maps show the approximate dimensions and general geographical locations of the properties. Timeshare Tax Sale Items being offered by the San Diego County Treasurer-Tax Collector are a deeded interest or 'right to use' a particular unit or unit type within the timeshare association for a specified interval of time on an annual, bi-annual or seasonal basis as described in the legal description of the timeshare interval. It is the timeshare interval being offered for sale; not the entire building nor Timeshare Association. One map is provided below for each Timeshare Association with tax-defaulted intervals scheduled for sale that the Public Online Auction.
